Evelyn photo-documented the 2nd annual "It's a Wonderful Life" evening with Kate and Jay. Last year it was just me and Kate watching it on DVD, but were organized enough this year to catch it on network TV. We all dined together, the girls went to bed, and the movie started--and what a great movie it is! Maybe next year I will get Jay to do his Jimmy Stewart impression...
That is a box of chocolates "floating" over the table--set there to keep pudgy fingers from dipping them by the handful. Thankfully we made quick work of the box by the movie's end so it is no longer an issue. Thanks, guys, for helping out with that.
I included a few of the evening's random shots--I am intrigued by the things a 4 year old finds worthy of photographing!

I don't know -- close-ups of the food, the decor, and a few off-kilter shots of the guests "in action".. I think Evelyn is ready to start a very trendy wedding photography business.

On another note...do the David Bissets like the Jimmy Stewart classic? The hope is to continue the tradition until, like Deep Creek, we need to rent a couple houses in order to accommodate it!
