I'm in love with these carolers. They take little time to make and use mostly recycled stuff. With cardboard tubes & odd kid-sized socks, you just add paint, construction paper, a permanent marker, bits of yarn, glue, some pieces of music and voila--a choir. I saw three of them singing in a row in Diana's house and it was love at first sight. I made them with my students at school, with Evelyn's class Christmas party, with my Sunday School kids, and then at home as a family.
