Check out this Zhu Zhu Pet bungalow. I love what happens when kids unplug. Keep in mind our children do their fair share of playing Wii and watching movies, but I do love those times when hours of play happen without any electronic help.
And speaking of being unplugged, after nine months in Narnia, we finally finished The Last Battle. Sigh.
The only thing that's keeping me from crying about leaving Narnia is that we jumped immediately into...the Little House books. :)

So when is the little house party? I want in!
See...that's one of the many things I like about you, Darcy! Nine months in The Chronicles and I never had ONE Narnian party! I've got to get my act together...
Well, sure, no Narnia party. Who really wants to try turkish delight?
But it's basically impossible for a 5-10 (or sometimes 30) year old girl to get through the little house books without repeatedly crying out "can we do that?!" Are you starting in the big woods? Have you gotten to the maple sugar party chapter yet?

Yes, we're in the Big Woods. I'm kind of a nerd about proper order. (I insisted on reading "The Magician's Nephew" as book 6, which is how Lewis WROTE it. Some collections put it as book one. Bleh.) We're only on ch. 4--and the cookbook! That WOULD be fun.
You're absolutely right about Turkish Delight. You've whisked away my guilt with one very good point. :)
