The containers are exactly the same size and color, and for the second time ever, I accidentally put Paprika in the oatmeal this morning instead of Cinnamon. Fortunately, I realized it before I mixed it in, and was able to simply remove the top layer of oatmeal from the bowl. My spices and herbs are even alphabetized, but I guess I need to put my glasses on BEFORE making the morning's pot of porridge.

It's not just you...Suz put garlic in our french toast batter by mistake...and proceeded to try and eat it:(
I love a woman who will try to salvage even the most destroyed meal--Suzannah has my applause! (And even more applause if she consumed it, of course, in the name of not wasting a thing.)
Maybe it is time to put the cinnamon in a different container. Do you have an old salt shaker you don't use anyomore? Of course, then you run the risk of "salting" your eggs with cinnamon.
Hmmm...cinnamon eggs! I wonder what would be worse, cinnamon on the eggs or on the popcorn?

anyway, at least she didn't make YOU try to eat it.
