Hello! This is my first time putting anything in the blog--it has been Alan's thing up until now (which is why there hasn't been a whole lot of writing with the pictures!) But I was inspired by my cousin Patrick's wife, Alyson, who is a faithful (and interesting) blogger. So here's my attempt, although I doubt I will be that faithful or interesting a blogger!
So this was Easter! Here is Grandma reading one of her Easter basket gifts to Jon and Courtney's daughter, Anna, and our little Amelia. The other picture is of Evelyn "smiling" (this is what she does when she is told to smile. No one taught her this. Really.) while sitting next to one of her favorite people in the world--cousin Anna.
There was lots more, of course, but I am not good at making it concise. Know it was a wonderful occasion that was celebrated with love, reverence, an egg hunt, and plenty of chocolate.
